The privacy of youth and children is of the utmost importance and we are committed to complying with State regulations and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our Site does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from children under the age of 18. If we ever discover that we have inadvertently collected PII from children under the age of 18, we will delete it as soon as possible. We Solo uses a combination of publicly available IP to Geo information databases (i.e. GeoIP, GoogleMaps) as well as requesting your browser/app for your current Geolocation information (Latitude, Longitude, City, State) for the sole purpose of tailoring your user experience. We may store this information in a cookie in order to have it accessible when you return and jump directly to your local area. Our system relies on this feature to give the best possible results, and our algorithms weigh proximity with a variety of factors to determine the best results to show you individually. You can search for a city or zip code specifically if you would prefer not to use our “Find Me” and Geolocation options, but the results will not be the highest accuracy possible.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, claims a listing, subscribe to the newsletter, register for Deals on the Site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.
